“DROPPING OUT SCHOOL FOR WORK? OUT OF THE QUESTION!” - Training Course is a multilateral awarded program between 29 Youth Workers from the following countries of Greece, Portugal, United Kingdom, Cyprus, Turkey, Slovakia, and Italy. The participants worked upon the crucial issue of early school drop-out and the exploitation of minors in the labor market. Educational Organization Sharp Minds managed to highlight the value of education as a tool of prevention of early school leaving for the youngsters. At the same time, the material and techniques used in this project sensitized the participating educators, youth workers, teachers, and students to work for the promotion of education, giving motivation to young people to stay within the school environment and complete their education.
